This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use sunrisetente.com.tr, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The binding Turkish version is available on the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ve Çerez Politikası page.

2. Data we process and why
When you use the site survey / quotation form we process your name, phone number, email address, the product you are interested in and your message in order to contact you, prepare a survey or quotation and answer your request. Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information and date/time are processed to keep the site and the form secure.
3. Form security: Google reCAPTCHA
The form is protected against bots and spam by Google reCAPTCHA v3, provided by Google LLC. reCAPTCHA loads only when you interact with the form; it sends technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information and interactions on the page to Google and produces a security score that is used only for form security. Submissions assessed as automated are not processed. The form is also protected by a hidden honeypot field, a submission timing check and a rate limit. 4. Cookies and third-party services
Strictly necessary cookies and local storage are used for the site to work and to remember your language and consent choices. Google Analytics is loaded only if you give consent, and the Google Maps embed only after you allow it. Google Fonts and reCAPTCHA are provided by Google LLC; Google’s own privacy policies apply.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Your data is shared only with our authorised sales/technical staff, our hosting and email providers, the Google services listed above and competent authorities where required by law. Providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold or used for third-party marketing.
6. Retention
Request records are kept for as long as required by law or by the purpose of processing, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, request correction or deletion, object to results of automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
